About Clarissa
My dance style is a mix of contemporary, modern jazz and hip-hop with over 15 years of experience. I collaborated with some of the best International choreographers such as Steve Lachance and trained in the US. In addition to, working as a choreographer in theatres, tourist villages and dance centres. I hope to share my passion for dance with the world and introduce my teaching methods.

For all styles of dance I teach. If my lessons are one to one I will start with a warm-up. The second part will be more technical, with all the dance elements, technicalities and positions that we will elaborate on later in the choreography. After the choreography accompanied by music which I will select for the day, I will introduce a cool down with some stretching to relax the body.
If there is a group I begin my classes with a warm-up and a central technical part where we enter into the specifics of the lesson. Secondly, I will split the group into pairs to teach the basic techniques and elements of dance, such as pilé, degagé, battement, etc. Lastly, the cool-down section where we will listen to relaxing music and stretch.
