About Parsa
I am an International Biology and Nanotechnology Olympiad Gold Medalist with over a year of experience teaching Biology Olympiad, advanced mathematics, human physiology, and nanotechnology to gifted students. My background includes university-level biology, physiology, biochemistry, calculus, statistics, and scientific research, as well as experience developing AI projects and educational resources.
Unlike many tutors, I don’t believe education should revolve around memorising facts. My goal is to help students understand why concepts work. I teach using the same philosophy employed in Olympiad training, encouraging deep analysis, logical reasoning, and intuition. Rather than asking students to remember answers, I guide them through the reasoning process so they feel as though they have discovered the ideas themselves. This produces knowledge that lasts far beyond exams.
Whether you’re studying for GCSEs, A-levels, Olympiads, or simply want to explore science more deeply, I aim to make every lesson engaging, challenging, and intellectually rewarding. I believe genuine understanding builds confidence, and confident students achieve outstanding results.
Outside teaching, I enjoy studying medicine, artificial intelligence, mathematics, and scientific research. I am always looking to deepen my own understanding, and I bring that same curiosity and enthusiasm into every lesson.

I teach using the same philosophy and methods employed in Olympiad training, where the focus is on deep understanding rather than memorisation. My lessons encourage students to analyse concepts from first principles, ask questions, and develop genuine scientific intuition. I explain topics in as much detail as necessary to ensure students truly understand the underlying ideas and can apply them to unfamiliar, real-world problems, rather than simply remembering facts for an exam. My goal is for students to feel as though they have discovered the concepts themselves through guided reasoning, making the knowledge both meaningful and long-lasting. This approach not only leads to better exam performance but also develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
