About Saroya
I have spent the past ten years in the workforce, working both in tech and the entertainment industry. I hold a BA from Stanford University in International Relations and an MFA in Screenwriting from USC. I’m down-to-earth, and I enjoy being helpful. I appreciate being the person who keeps things running smoothly, and I stay focused even when there are competing priorities. After a discussion with the student and parents, I generate a lesson plan that includes supplemental assignments to the student's homework, so learning continues to expand alongside their current academic education. I'm patient and open-minded, and am adept at working with students with a variety of learning styles. I work with students in middle school and high school primarily, but I am open to those outside of those parameters as well.
