About Jessica
Hi! I’m a senior at James Madison University studying Hospitality Management, with several years of experience working in team-oriented and fast-paced environments. I genuinely love helping people and enjoy working with students of all ages.
I’m strong in communication and leadership, and I’m especially good at making students feel comfortable and supported, no matter how nervous they might be. Every student learns differently, and my goal is to create a positive, encouraging space where students feel confident asking questions and growing at their own pace. I truly enjoy seeing students build confidence and take pride in their progress.

I offer supportive and structured English, reading, literacy, and writing lessons for elementary, middle, and high school students. My goal is to build confidence while strengthening core skills like reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, essay writing, and organization.
Each lesson is personalized based on the student’s level and goals. We may review homework, prepare for high school coursework, practice writing assignments, or work on reading strategies and study habits. I focus on creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace.
Whether a student needs extra support, wants to improve grades, or is preparing for high school expectations, I am here to help them feel more confident and capable.
