I have been a private tutor and a university professor for 6 years. I have taught a wide range of ages and varied settings, at a national and international level. My teaching methodology is not one, but several. I adjust the method in accordance to the needs of the learner. However, recently on my last studies I have used LSP (Lego Serious Play) method for engaging adults in learning. My lesson structure is not mine but ours. I try to build the lesson with my tutee based on my recommendations as an expert and I also focus on needs and interests of my tutee.
