About Philip

In regards to my qualifications, I am a junior majoring in Computer Science and Math at Duke University. I have tutored for three years now with over 100 clients, and I have completed 3 internships. I have tutored in subjects ranging from ACT/SAT prep, Classical Physics, to Linear Algebra

About the lesson

I will follow premade lesson plans created by me which are inspired by the classes I learned from at Duke University. Every lesson has been reviewed by Duke professor beforehand. A typical lesson plan will be 30 minutes of lecture and 30 minutes of reviewing unsolved homework problems that were assigned that week.

As a tutor, I will teach not only the material but the application of the material in real life. I tend to teach with visuals and real life applications, so students can get a good understanding of what is happening intuitively.
