I am a current Junior at the University of South Carolina with a major in English and a minor in Education and Entrepreneurship. I have a dog named Maverick who is my best friend! I love to read, write, and play basketball in my free time. The reason I want to become a teacher is because there is nothing more rewarding than giving students the tools to see their potential and ultimate with success.
