I have been having lessons with Katie for over 2 years now, both practical and theory. As an adult learner I have found Katie to be patient and encouraging. She teaches in a collaborative manner, helping me to come up with my own light bulb moments, which I have found invaluable.
Katie is very professional and positive. I feel supported and constantly progressing with her as my teacher. She goes at my pace and always has great selection of learning material. We are doing lessons via Zoom now and I'm surprised how great it's going. I don't feel like we are missing out on anything and the classes feel just as productive.
I have been having French horn lessons with Katie for almost 2 years, and as an adult learner, have found Katie to be extremely patient and creative in ways to help me learn. She has helped me with both my theory and my practical skills, and presents information in a way that I can understand.
Katie works in a collaborative way, as she encourages me to come up with my light bulb moments, which I feel has helped in my learning process.
I've been learning the piano with Katie for about 9 months now. She keeps the lessons fun and I feel like I've achieved something every week.
I've been learning with Katie for a few months now. She's been great at helping me learning chords so I can play my favourite songs properly. She is really easy to get on with and I’m excited for my Next lesson. I highly recommend her.Best piano teacher in Manchester! Professional, caring and goes at my pace. I would definitely recommend.
Katie is an excellent tutor, and has got me up to Grade 6 piano. She is patient and pitches her explanations at the right level for me. As I had to take Grade 5 theory, I found Katie's support invaluable, not just in working through the theory, but in getting past papers to practice on and using theory books that made sense to me.
