About Aneesh
I am Aneesh, doing masters in Automotive engineering in Birmingham City university. I am a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys communicating with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Pay attention to surroundings and highly dedicated to complete any task brought upon me. I have an eagerness to learn and develop personal skills in a practical setting. In my tutoring job, this passion led to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work.

Being a current student makes me aware of the barriers that students face, therefore I am sympathetic and strategic in helping students to overcome these in a proactive approach; "practice makes perfect".
My teaching style is structured around firstly identifying current understanding, gaps in knowledge, and then tackling identified issues in a tailored way. So, my teaching very much depends upon the topic, if it is relatively elementary issues I commit to practising and going through examples with the student. If it is perhaps more involved I employ the use of applications and extra resources. I set homework and discuss this with students after they have attempted it to enable us to reflect on areas of difficulty/gaps in learning and working to plug these gaps strategically. I also value the importance of parent- tutor feedback and encourage sharing this information during the last ten minutes of the learning session, so parents are aware of progress and how they can support their child at home too.
