About Michael

I am a graduate with a degree in Philosophy and Classics and a Master's in European Philosophy. I can teach Latin up to an advanced level, both prose and verse. Contact me now to find out more about what I offer.

About the lesson

I offer weekly tutorials in the Latin language for all ages and abilities, including GCSE and A-Levels. I have a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Classics, including advanced reading of prose and verse, and a Master's in European Philosophy. In our lessons, we will learn the grammar, alongside set translations at an appropriate standard. In addition, I will provide a list of vocabulary to be mastered each week.

Michael is an excellent teacher. He is very patient and works hard to overcome hurdles. My son was having a lot of problems but started to make some real progress after the teacher was able to break down the difficulties in a way he could understand.
