About Ian
I’m a BBA student at Wilfrid Laurier University with a 3.8 GPA and a strong background in mathematics. I achieved 95%+ in all of my high school math courses, including Advanced Functions and Calculus & Vectors.
Having recently completed these courses myself, I’m familiar with the Ontario high school curriculum and understand the concepts and types of questions students are expected to master.
My goal as a tutor is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through concepts they don’t understand. I focus on explaining problems clearly, identifying where a student is getting stuck, and helping them develop the problem-solving skills and confidence they need to succeed independently.
