About Tanvi
Over the years as a practicing lawyer, I have developed a keen understanding and interest in Intellectual Property Rights, which has culminated in my undertaking (and finishing) a bridge course in the subject. Conducted by the esteemed professors of National Law University, Delhi on the SWAYAM platform of UGC, the course has helped me cultivate a more nuanced view of IPR and its associated issues of significance. During my six-year journey, which started as a commerce undergrad and continues till date as I learn from and adapt to the ever-changing legal challenges, I have conducted in-depth studies on landmark case laws from case material methodology uniquely developed by the esteemed Faculty at University of Delhi. I am certain that the knowledge that I have acquired while pursuing my degree in commerce and law will benefit the students to achieve a deeper and clearer understanding of concepts of multifaceted significance in real time.

My classes entail in-depth explanation of legal concepts in simple language that is easy for students to grasp. My explanation of legal provisions and concepts stem from an experience of more than six years as they are always a mix of explaining law from procedural and substantive aspects. I am a keen “student” of law with specific interest in Civil laws and Court procedure. I ardently believe that the nitty gritty of civil laws and procedures must be explained to law students through case laws and practical illustrations from court experience.
My idea behind associating with teaching law on this platform is more about giving back to the young lawyers, judges and researchers, in making and shaping their future.
