With over 11 years of professional experience in the Criminal Justice System, supporting the District Attorney’s Office in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I offer a unique perspective on Criminal Law rooted in both practice and academic research. As an advocate, I have been actively involved in a wide range of criminal investigations involving adult and juvenile offenders. My experience spans cases related to gender-based violence, white-collar crimes, public official misconduct, and organized crime. This hands-on background allows me to bring practical insights into every lesson. I'm currently a PhD candidate, writing my thesis on the distribution of criminal legislative powers between the federal government and the provinces in Argentina. Since 2014, I’ve been passionate about teaching Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the university level, combining theoretical knowledge with real-case analysis. In addition to teaching, I work as an academic researcher in sentencing procedures and Criminal Justice Systems, and regularly contribute to respected legal journals in my country. Whether you're a law student, legal professional, or simply interested in deepening your understanding of Criminal Law, my lessons are tailored to your needs and designed to help you grasp both the legal framework and its practical application.
