I'm passionate about helping youth and making them feel secure. I'm experienced in youth mentoring and prior tutoring (and, I also have a younger sister; she's taught me more than anything else has). Outside of school, I enjoy skiing, reading, and baking!

Hi! My name is Sam. I teach grades 6-12, with an emphasis on true understanding of content rather than memorization. I'm happy to help with and explain tricky homework problems, assist in studying for exams, and explain new concepts. If possible, I like to learn what the student needs help with before the lesson; that way, I can come prepared to help!
