About Craig
Hi, I’m Craig — a Computer Science graduate with over a decade of hands-on experience in the IT industry. My career started in computer networks, where I built a solid foundation in how systems communicate and stay secure. From there, I moved into cloud engineering and later specialised in DevOps, working with global companies to design, automate, and streamline modern technology systems.
Even with all that technical experience, what I enjoy most is going back to my roots: helping people feel confident with everyday technology.
I love making tech simple and meaningful for real life. That might mean:
Helping someone stay connected with family through social media or video calls
Showing how to book a doctor’s appointment online
Using price comparison tools to lower utility bills
Getting someone comfortable with new devices or apps
Or introducing beginners to AI, coding, or cloud concepts in a friendly, patient way
Whether you want to build your digital confidence, improve your quality of life through technology, or take your first steps into IT, I’m here to guide you — at your pace and in a supportive, relaxed way.
