Since then, I’ve trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, worked internationally, and honed my skills in crafting exceptional dishes that blend global techniques with local, seasonal ingredients. Beyond the kitchen, I’ve pursued a Master’s in Food Systems Economics and Policy from Tufts University, deepening my understanding of sustainable food practices.
