About Ritu
Hello! I'm Ritu, a post-graduate in English Literature from BHU. A working professional since 2020, I'm passionate about guiding students in overcoming their struggles with English as a language and with English Literature. Practical and flexible learning is my forte. I focus on the fundamentals of the topic first and then proceed to the concepts. Understanding and application of concepts are followed by analyzing errors. I prefer students take their time understanding topics rather than just rote memorization. My classes are tailored according to the needs of the students. I believe learning requires patience, effort, and time. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is complete knowledge gained in minutes.

Preferring learner-centered methods, I have been guiding students with 'Communicative and Direct approach' for 2 years, now. Each of my classes is uniquely adjusted as per the needs and goals of the student. I prefer learning to be fun, interactive, and dynamic. My language classes focus on students enhancing their vocabulary, grammar, reading, and oration. I also believe in boosting their critical-thinking skills and adaptability. My literature classes lean more towards discussion, exploration, and psycho-analyzation. For students, learning language or literature, encouraging them to grow confident in their skills is always a must. I have had a diverse range of students starting from college freshmen to a child aged 5. My classes are open to all levels (especially students from ICSE and CBSE). I offer courses in General English, IELTS, Business English, English Literature, Public Speaking, and more.
