About Shiena
I am teacher Shiena, a dedicated tutor who believes that every student learns best when their unique style is understood and nurtured. My teaching method focuses on structured explanations, guided practice, and reflective exercises, ensuring that lessons are clear, engaging, and tailored to individual strengths. A typical session begins with a quick recap, followed by concept introduction, collaborative practice, independent application, and a reflective wrap‑up to reinforce mastery.

I start by identifying what type of learning works best for my student—visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or reflective. This ensures lessons are tailored to their strengths.
I use questions, real-life examples, and short exercises to keep students involved rather than passively listening.
I break down complex topics into manageable steps, gradually increasing difficulty while ensuring mastery at each stage. I encourage reflection and self-assessment, helping students recognize their progress and areas for improvement.
