About Mark
I have over 13 years experience in Dance Music production mainly in the Techno / Trance / Hardhouse industry. I hold a postgraduate certificate in education, over two hundred hours teaching experience. My qualifications include a HND in Popular Music Practice and a first class honours degree in Music Technology.
I have have numerous releases on MP3 / CD / Vinyl worldwide and have worked with a number of other well known artists. I placed my music career on hold while taking my PGCE as my ultimate goal was to teach my subject full time and I wanted to focus on that.

I use various teaching methods as every student is different however as you can imagine my approach involves heavy use of technology. Using video, screen sharing, project file resources as examples. Usually I tailor my teaching of Music Tech towards what the student enjoys and spend time getting to know the work of artists they look up to, to make the experience relevant and enjoyable for them.
