About Samuel
I have been teaching English since the early 1980s, trained hundreds of students in Brasilia and other places. Many of my students went to study, live, and finally live with their families in different countries. Some of them acquired American nationality and made professional careers and even became great entrepreneurs in various branches. Personally, I can give more details about my experience and also about my former students. I am currently preparing some professionals to obtain the English proficiency certificates (TOEFL, for example) as well as to enter internships, special courses and even missions and professional projects in Europe and the USA.

I am a linguist, teacher and translator trained in 1985 by UNICEUB, with more than 4 decades of experience in English language use, research and teaching. I worked for 7 years in the tourism and hotel catering sector and for more than 35 years as assistant, director and consultant of international projects by the UN, in Brazil and abroad, visited and / or worked in more than 30 countries. In my classes I focus on students' personalized preparation, using methodologies adjusted to the needs of the individual or group, whether individuals or companies. My main method is LEARN BY DOING, that is, from the beginning the person has the opportunity to use English that s/he already knows and every day, week or month they will expand vocabularies and expressions. I use materials produced by myself and GlobalLanguagesClub.com as well as various online and offline sources. I have hundreds of reference materials to facilitate student practice: texts in PDF, PPT, Audios, Videos, hundreds of exercises ready and with templates. I also have course packages ready for fast and complete access at all levels, from basic to advanced and specialized. Practical classes of translation and interpretation of texts - English / Portuguese / English. Dozens of links to improve performance, which are suggested to students who want to sign up. I greatly prioritize self-teaching methods.
