About Iqra
Hello, I am Iqra Mithani. I have completed my B.Com from Mumbai University. For the past 5 years, I have worked with renowned schools and institutions wherein I have taught middle school students with written, audio, and video interactive materials. My passion for teaching has driven me to be an educator who dedicates herself to the growth of students and brings out the best in them. I encourage an educational atmosphere wherein the students are allowed to be curious and independent. With this philosophy, I intend to help students build Mathematics as a Life Skill as I firmly believe one learns something new every day and there is a plethora of knowledge that needs to be taught to eager, curious minds.

The main focus of my class is to ensure that my students understand the logical reasoning of every mathematical problem, rather than mugging up everything. Along with alignment to the school curriculum, I intend to eliminate the fear of math by making Math fun. This can be achieved with activities such as puzzles, reasoning cards and giving challenges from time to time. My main emphasis is going to be on the active learning philosophy which will assure growth in the students. The classes are for students between Grade 1 to 8. It is an after school mathematical program which caters to students who need to develop better mathematical skills, ace school exams, participate in Olympiads, etc. See you in my class!!
