About Yoga with Shivam
As a certified medical yoga therapist with a Master of Science in Yoga, I bring both scientific knowledge and therapeutic expertise to my teaching. With four years of experience, I guide students toward holistic health through yoga, pranayama and Reiki. My approach combines the healing power of yoga therapy with evidence-based practices to address physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re managing specific health concerns or seeking a deeper connection with your body and mind, I’m here to support your journey to balanced wellness and inner resilience.
Following are my Qualifications :
1. MSc yoga
2. Certified Medical Yoga Therapist.
3. Yoga Teachers Training Course - 500 hrs.
3. Diploma in Ayurveda.
4. Certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist.

Practicing yoga and pranayama daily can transform physical, mental, and emotional well-being by enhancing flexibility, muscle strength, and heart health, while also boosting lung capacity and circulation. Mentally, these practices reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional resilience, contributing to better sleep and a more positive outlook. Pranayama balances life energy (prana), fostering calm and mindfulness, while also increasing productivity, adaptability, and empathy in daily interactions. Altogether, yoga and pranayama bring balance, peace, and vitality into every aspect of life.
I believe in a holistic approach to teaching yoga, focusing on the overall healing and wellness of my clients. Each session is tailored to individual body types and specific needs, ensuring a personalised experience.
My therapeutic yoga practice addresses various musculoskeletal issues, including osteoarthritis of the knee and lumbar and cervical spondylosis. These sessions will also support weight management, stress reduction, and the treatment of lifestyle disorders.
You will discover traditional natural methods and Ayurvedic healing techniques that promote well-being.
