Being a civil engineering graduate,of course while sitting idle as unemployed,started my own tuition centre for high school and higher secondary students one year ago.Even after I got a job, couldn't quit it as I realized the value behind it.

My teaching methodology just depends on the learning pattern of students,sure it differs from person to person.You can only make sure whether he or she has learnt it when they are able to recollect it.Continous assessment is necessary.I also had experiences with students having dyslexia.Its my pride to tell that I could improve the learning skills of almost all the students I've worked with.
