Learn the Essence of Taichi in Simple Moves, Benefit your Body and Mind

Perfect! I attempted Tai Chi on YouTube and I even took a group class a few years ago, but I never “got it”. After the passing of my mom (in Dec 2025 whom I cared for for over 13 years), it seemed like Tai chi was calling to me.
During my very first class with Weiquin, I understood why I felt that way. (Spoiler alert: I’m so thankful I found Weiquing!!!!)
Weiquin’s calm reassuring voice along with his immense knowledge of the art of Tai Chi guided me to a “groundedness” that I haven’t felt in years!!!
I can’t help be beam because it seems like during and after his class, my “soul” was literally smiling! I can’t recommend Weiquing enough! He is a wonderful teacher and he masterfully breaks down individual moves into bite size pieces so even a beginner like me understands. You may not think that 30 minutes is enough time to practice. but rest assured -you will be “full” and satisfied when you finish his class…and perhaps your soul might even be smiling too- just like mine.
