About Mahadev
For the last 10 years I have had the opportunity to travel and reside in India, Nepal, United Kingdom and South America where I have developed multiple photographic and visual projects which have received significant international recognition. I finished my Visual Communication studies in mid-2010 and had the opportunity to teach Visual Communication and Design classes at the Prodiseño Institute in Caracas, Venezuela. Later I was able to teach basic and intermediate photography at the university level in different institutions at the university level.
Some of my photographic projects have been exhibited in London, Italy, Los Angeles, and Caracas. In 2017 I was developing projects as Art Director at the Bhakti Yoga Institute in London, an educational initiative with bases and headquarters in West Bengal, India. There I was also able to do Photography and Introduction to Visual Communication workshops.
In early 2016 I had the opportunity to commission in Nepal after winning the World Nomads Travel Photography Scholarship sponsored by National Geographic. For two weeks I was able to document how the Country improved after the catastrophic earthquakes of 2015. There in Nepal, I worked hand in hand with Canon Master Richard I'Anson who shared with me more than 35 years of photographic experience as a Travel Photographer, branch of photography that encompasses disciplines such as Portrait, Landscape, Street Photography, Architecture, photography of pieces and objects.
I have always had the fortune to learn in depth the topics that I work with every day in the visual world and from a very young age I had the opportunity to teach and help others in the classroom aspects of visual perception and the picture.
