About Yoga with
I am a qualified Yoga Teacher with an MA in Yoga, a Diploma in Yoga, and over 2 years of teaching experience. My passion is to share the traditional knowledge of yoga and help students develop a healthier body, a calmer mind, and a balanced lifestyle.
I specialize in Therapeutic Yoga and also teach Hatha Yoga and Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or previous experience. My aim is to make yoga simple, practical, and accessible to every student.
Through personalized guidance, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindful practice, I help students work towards their individual wellness goals. I continuously encourage students to understand their bodies, develop consistency, and experience the benefits of traditional yoga.
For me, teaching yoga is not just about postures; it is about sharing knowledge, building confidence, and supporting a healthier way of living.
