About Andrew

Since 2008 I have worked with a diverse range of students, engendering a passion for learning as well as producing tangible results. I employ a flexible and dynamic approach crafted from an understanding that we are each upon a unique learning pathway according to our particular learning styles, aspirations, aptitudes and needs.

"Thank you very much for the great work you did with my daughter Sophie. She progressed from a 'C' grade to an 'A' grade in the space of 6 months and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends." - Billy, Bangor

About the lesson

Combining motivational coaching techniques, I offer a fully engaging and personalised service. Typically, for a first session I undertake a comprehensive learning needs assessment, the results of which can be made available to the parent / guardian. While encouraging the student to adopt high yet realistically achievable targets for their own education, I am also sensitive to the level of each student and what he or she is ready to adopt.

This coaching-based approach I take has proven highly successful for my students. I approach each student and the sessions with an open mind to learn what I need to be of support.
