About Angie
I'm an immigrant to Canada, English is a second language, It is the medium of instruction used in High School and College days, I am very well versed in the language as I used to teach History. People who did not grow up speaking the English language have difficulty pronouncing some particular words depending on which country we came from. I like to run, hike and ride my road bike. I like the ocean and the mountain. I like to backpack in the backcountry. I love the thrill of mountain adventure. I love storytelling, I love to read books, legal thriller is one of my favs, (Grisham, Baldacci, Patterson) are a few authors I loved. I'm Canadian and I traveled a few provinces here but not all, I plan to explore all of Canada in the future and as time permits. I love Canada because of its beauty, every province has a unique character, but I love British Columbia the most as it has all that you want to explore. Beautiful rugged mountain vistas, the ocean full of its own wildlife, whales, salmon and a full abundance of sea life. British Columbia is dotted with so many lakes for water adventures, any form of paddling is encouraged if you come visit the place. I can go on and on but we'll save it for future conversation:-)

If you want to learn how to speak the English language, the best way is to practice, practice, practice. Surround yourself with people that speak the language itself, then strike a conversation. As you are learning, just have the confidence to speak the English words and you grow from there. It will also take an effort from your side to have an English dictionary at hand to make understanding easier.
