About Mahmoud
I have PhD in Natural Science, master in Physics and B.Sc. in Biophysics. I have more than 3 years experience in teaching physics for undergraduate at Al-Azhar University (Cairo/ Egypt) and 1 year experience in teaching chemistry for master students at Marburg University (Marburg/Germany). I have more than 6 years practical experience in nature science.

I design a teaching strategy that links the topics to their applications in in the context of life. Interesting examples and stories that carefully developed and sometimes funny ones is my key strategy to deliver my ideas. Creating a friendly atmosphere between me and students is very critical for me and I give a lot of attention to it. One thing that I find it very useful is the development of high quality slides. Usually, slides include links to videos or journal article that are relevant to the lesson. The degree of the attractiveness of the slides and materials, which I distribute to students, is an important predicator of students’ satisfaction. Class discussion is extremely important in my class. Thanks to the hot topics of chemistry and physics that can keep the discussion vivid to the end of the course. I leave at least 15 minutes at the end of my course for questions and difficult exercises coupled with an increase in my availability for office hours.
