My teaching method is targeting on an individuals weakest areas and working up from there. I incorporate what the student also wants to focus on in their studies and try to make the experience far more enjoyable for them too.
The student grow is the main focus on every lesson. That means that sometimes we're going to go slower or faster. Homeworks are a must. The improvement is impossible without practice so every student should has his own instrument. The lesson has always a duration of 1 hour.
I can teach beginner guitar lessons through to lessons and tutoring for HSC students (in both performance and theory areas). I'm patient, easy to understand and want the best for all music students. I am proficient in reading sheet music, performing, and writing about music - which is a major component of the HSC music course.
I specialise in you, it's all about what you want to get out of the instrument. I teach theory and traditional approach to the instrument, but I like to pepper up the dull stuff with history and fun stories about the Bass Guitar and its many eccentric players.
My method of teaching is the same way I was taught. I start off by getting the student comfortable with a guitar and learning the basics. Once they are capable I encourage learning what you want to learn. I'll never force lessons onto anyone that finds it boring or can't handle them. To get better at guitar you have to practice daily outside of lessons.
I cater my curriculum to the individual. Which ever style you prefer to learn I can create a suitable method of approach that would be both efficient and effective. This approach is a tried and tested method that has been very successful.
My teaching method is focused on the interests of each people, so, if you want to sing and play, play rock, classical music, jazz or experimental music, I can apply the correct method for your training. I'm only the tutor, you put the rhythm of the classes.
I like to give the student to capacity to understand how the instrument works, and especially how music works, once they have the capacity to understand, once they grow enough, they will be able to keep on learning by themselves. At the end of the day, you always learn more out of your own conclusions based on experimentation than from what others tell you.
I cater my teaching method to the students’ interests and their ability. I focus on teaching interactive and engaging music that stimulates independent learning, and develops industry skills.
Each child learns differently. My aim is too create and enjoyable, memorable experience that the student leaves wanting to practice and progress.
I love Rock and Roll so anyone who wants to learn the old ways to learn guitar should contact. My structure is based on the student, i will keep on a single lesson until and unless you are able to do it and keep on building day after day.
My method of teaching is to help my students understand more about music and how the instrument can really be the best addition to any band setting such as wedding gigs, acoustic pub/bar gigs or even live music events. It isn't hard to learn how to play as long as there is passion, I can guide you towards the right path.
My teaching is based upon gaining an understanding of what the student wants to get out of learning the guitar and move forward with a fun and structured approach to achieve that goal, whether that be to learn songs, follow a formal grading route, develop technique or learn new skills - beginner to advanced.
I teach according to each student's needs and learning style. I believe that music and the guitar can be taught holistically and measurably, with practical methods and simple guidelines. Every student has the ability to be successful at music.
I usually teach back to the basics depending the level of the student. If the student is beginner, I am happy to teach chords at a beginner level, to strumming and understanding the music and Chord charts. If the student is in higher level, I will teach more complex in strumming, fingerpicking and/or fingerstyle with tricks and skills.
+ Repertoire of songs according to the musical taste of the student + Mix of practice and theory + Berklee Material + The objective is to learn by having fun
I gained my strong foundation in the areas of Music Theory and Harmony, Musical Composition, vocal pop and knowledge and understanding in popular and jazz music. My areas of expertise are playing guitar and teaching Baroque, Classical, Spanish, Flamenco, Persian, Mediterranean and South American music.
My method is to focus and improve upon a student's weaknesses whilst bolstering their strengths to make sure that they are enjoying lessons and are genuinely interested in what they wish to accomplish. My goal is to make sure that my students are engaged and willing to learn more each time I see them.
Unlike most tutors I have interacted with, my key approach to tutoring any student is to make sure that they are having fun. Progress and improvement is always a given key objective, but sometime the fun in just learning and playing an instrument can be lost.
My name is Brad Dickson. Married and living in Dundas for several years. Keith Armitage has been a professional musician all his life and is a multi award winning songwriter and teaches songwriting to all ages and all levels. Become familiar with the hook line, verse, Chorus, Rhyme, Word Palettes, Meter and much more.
The student always comes first. I understand each individual may have different learning scopes and can cater well with my flexible teaching skills. As a patient and supportive tutor I aim to make the student feel good about their progression in learning. Based on the curriculum and understanding of the students knowledge I like to cater to working on their weakest points.
I believe each individual person has a different learning style, so my approach is to meet you where you're at. My lessons will teach you how to get the best sound from your instrument and improve your technical ability.
I simply teach on the basis of student's current level of understanding and enthusiasm. I teach one on one, will be using an electric guitar and my digital audio workstation. My teaching style is casual and mostly on the basis of my personal experience.
I can cater to all styles and genres but I have the most experience in teaching beginner to intermediate students.
I like to personalise the way I teach for each student. Sometimes we may star from scratch, or build upon what you've already accomplished. I try to find techniques that would work for you. We can go through songs and break down each song, learning the proper techniques and refining your sound.
I base my classes off of solid foundation and nailing the simple things in order to make the more difficult parts of learning guitar much more intuitive and simple. Lessons can be guided by the student's interests or I can help a student figure out what is best for their improvement (this is especially helpful for beginners).
I teach in a very simplistic way where my student understands every single step am teaching them. I also provide my very own experience and advice which might make the student feel more connected. I provide resources on what I teach so student and remember what I taught after we are done with the lesson.
My teaching meathod is very simple I try to concentrate on students weak areas and try to cover them up by paticular lessons
