Find a piano teacher in Beaumaris

The keyboard contains 12 fundamental notes repeated in different octaves.

These notes are C, C♯, D, D♯, E, F, F♯, G, G♯, A, A♯, and B.

• Each sharp note can also be named as a flat. D♭ and C♯ refer to identical keys.
• White keys and black keys alternate in groups.
• The 88 keys include multiple repetitions of the same 12 pitches.

Once you grasp the repeating pattern, finding any note becomes straightforward.

An hour of piano tuition in Beaumaris generally runs about $25/h.

The price may differ depending on several factors:

• The tutor's background and training (degrees, certifications, performance history)
• The duration and frequency of lessons
• The delivery method (virtual, in-person at your location, or at the teacher's premises)

Some instructors offer package deals, which lowers the per-lesson price.

For pianists, this means identifying which exercises and techniques give maximum benefit.

• Spend more time on difficult bars or technical challenges.
• Work on technique, sight-reading, and musicality.
