About Miranda
I have been working with audio technology since I was a child creating my own content. I started out on the violin which is a great ear training instrument! I continued on with songwriting on the piano, guitar, etc., and have blossomed from there! I have worked at Chicago Recording Company as an assistant producer, on indie films, and have worked at many venues/events producing live sound. I worked at Nike World Headquarters for 7 years producing events and post-production work. I have taught music and audio production through Girls Rock! Chicago and private students primarily focused on giving women/girls creative tech skills.

I can come to you in person and we can work in your DAW and get more in tune with your tools/process or you can come to my workspace. Alternatively, we can do a remote version of a lesson which would include file sharing and active listening. I can listen to your mixes and give feedback and advice as well as answer any questions or guide you through difficulties as they arise. I can also teach live sound and the majority of the most commonly used digital boards.
Audio engineering and music production offer more paintbrushes to make your art come to life! How you use the tools I offer are up you! I don't believe there is a wrong way to make art, but I surely believe in a bad mix!
