About Antoine

Bonjour! Hello :)

This year is yours! I have a great feeling that you want to learn French (with me)!

We can speak in both English and French, but if you want to learn French quickly, the best way is to speak the language as much as possible.

Who am I?
I am from Grenoble, a beautiful city in the French Alps. I have worked in sales, construction, events and management. My most amazing life experience started in 2015: I hitchhiked alone around the world for almost four years visiting 52 countries and living in three.

We will have plenty to talk about, lots of laughs, and good challenges along the way to helping you become fluent.

About the lesson

I started teaching English online when Covid began in 2019. My students were mostly from Turkey and China and I needed a certificated to prove my skills. In 2020, I received the TEFL level 5 certificate (180 hours of training).

After, some students asked me if I could teach them French to help them with business and travel. Since it is my mother tongue, I accepted this new challenge.

Three years later, I have improved my skills and methods of teaching. Because I hated school as a child, my goal is to make our lessons both interesting and entertaining for you and I. We will learn a lot from each other and adapt the lessons according to your objectives!

- Business: I have worked in many different industries and prepared students for interviews and to work abroad. Why not you?

- Travel: I have been to more than 52 countries, so I know exactly what knowledge people need to become the best leisure or business traveler, or how to live the expat life! Why not you?

- School and Certificate: I want you to understand French quickly and in the easiest way possible. It is difficult for everyone to learn a new skill, especially a language, (I am in the process of learning Spanish) so asking questions is the key to success. Don't be shy!

We will be analysing videos (movies, documentaries, vlog etc.), reading documents (news, analysis...), and we can also write (mails, tests and dialogues).

I will push you to speak and write as much as possible and as soon as possible ;)
