About Aanisa
I am a caring, professional female personal trainer who knows how to have a good time! I love exploring new foods, taking myself on solo dates, watching movies, travelling, hitting the gym, and boxing. I design programmes that are as fun as they are effective, making sure my clients enjoy every session while smashing their goals. My lessons are friendly, engaging, and full of energy! I genuinely care about my clients mental and physical wellbeing and love building great relationships along the way. Training with me is all about results, laughter, and feeling amazing!
