About Bri
Hi there, I am Bri - thank you for considering me as your legal studies/bar prep tutor! I am a licensed attorney in South Carolina, as well as a mom of two. My career started in the prosecutor's office, where I spent the better part of three years working on felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. When my time in the criminal world came to an end, I entered the civil world via complex civil litigation. In the civil world, I found myself wanting to do more to help people and that is how I discovered bar prep tutoring and essay grading. I have spent the last three years helping students increase their multiple choice and essay/MPT scores virtually via a national bar prep company. While that has been incredible, I want to open my schedule to more students that would like to experience a bar prep tutor that really cares and will do everything they can to help you achieve your score goal. My approach is tailored to each student; you tell me how you learn best and we will go from there. One size does not fit all and during bar prep, you need a tutor that understands that!

I took the UBE in 2019 and passed on my first attempt with a score of 297. The first three years of my career consisted of trial work, but after I became a mom of two, I wanted to slow down and teach. Enter Bar Prep Essay Grading through a national bar prep company and that is how we got here! Over the last three years I've successfully prepared students to take the Bar Exam, therefore, I have learned multiple ways to help students increase their essay and multiple choice scores. Studying for the bar exam is daunting and can be isolating, so my approach aims to make a student's studying experience a positive one, where they feel supported and confident. I do not believe in tough love when it comes to Bar Prep, for I have witnessed firsthand what having a supportive, kindly firm, and encouraging tutor can do for a student's score! I truly love bar prep and watching students become confident in their test-taking ability - I am here for you, and cheering you on!
