About Sjanel

I have been very interested in human behavior since I was young and always wanted to get to know someone for who they are without the masks and facades we feel the need to show the world.

I try and look beneath the surface and understand we do things and react to things based on the way we were made to feel about it for whatever reason.

I want you to know that I will motivate you and I will believe in your abilities from the start.

I have done online courses in Life coaching and human behaviour through different institutes.

About the lesson

I started my Life-Coaching journey in 2021.
I am focused on helping you find your way back to who you are and what will motivate you to keep going.

• My sessions are laid back and confidential
• Sessions can be in Afrikaans or English
• Sessions will focus on you and I will help you to see things
from more than one perspective and help you find ways to get
to know yourself better in the space you are in.
• I will give you exercises so you can open up to your thoughts
and feeling.
• Sessions will be goal-driven
