Energized by creating safe and positive interactions with people. Empathic, patient, enthusiastic. Approachable, friendly, and professional. I have been told I have an excellent bed side manner that helps build trust and a safe atmospheres for students who have phobias against math. I strive to make math applicable, relatable, relevant and fun. I do this by tailoring math problems/concepts to the students interests. No question is bad, but sometimes a healthy amount of struggle is necessary to learn on your own. I won't spoon feed every bit of knowledge into each student but I won't be far either when you get lost.
