About Hannah

My name is Hannah Alyssa, and I’m a Bachelor of TESL graduate who genuinely enjoys working with secondary school students. I completed my practicum in a government school, where I taught Form 3 and Form 4 students, and it confirmed how much I love helping learners grow in both skills and confidence. I believe that with the right support, every student can succeed, especially those who may be struggling or feel left behind. I want to help those in need by providing patient, understanding guidance and making learning a positive experience. I’m always willing to adapt my teaching style to suit your learning needs. While I have experience teaching secondary students, I am also open to teaching primary or kindergarten learners. Teaching isn’t just my career choice; it is something I care deeply about because I want to see students feel proud of themselves and excited about learning English.

I believe every student learns differently, so I always adapt my lessons to suit your pace, interests, and goals. Whether you need help with grammar, writing, speaking, or exam preparation, I will guide you with patience, encouragement, and a sense of fun. My approach is supportive and interactive, not just worksheets and drills, because I want you to truly understand and enjoy learning English. With real classroom experience, I know how to make lessons meaningful, practical, and confidence boosting.

It is so important to be able to speak English clearly and confidently, whether for school, exams, or everyday communication. That is why I focus not only on grammar and writing, but also on speaking and listening skills. I want my students to feel comfortable expressing themselves and using English in real-life situations, not just in textbooks.
