About Calla
My goal as a tutor is to build confidence with students in themselves and their abilities. Math can be a source of stress for many students of all ages. I am happy to relieve that stress and de-mystify problem solving for my students. Reducing anxiety is an essential part of my practice as a math educator. Everyone can do math, with time, patience, practice, and proper individually crafted guidance.

-Working with you to help you glean true understanding of the material so you can feel confident and be successful working out the problems on your own.
-Addressing misconceptions at the root as they become apparent.
-Lessons for all ages. I have tutored students as young as 9 and as old as 45. Age is not an issue!
-Tutoring available for all elementary, middle, high school level math, ACT test prep, and college level math.
