About Archie
With 12+ years of teaching and professional experience, I have developed a strong commitment to education and a genuine passion for helping students grow. I teach Singing to School and College students and believe that music can play an important role in developing confidence, creativity, and self-expression.
I keep my lessons simple, structured, and engaging. I work with students on breathing, pitch, rhythm, voice control, pronunciation, tone, expression, and performance. I provide step-by-step guidance so learners can understand the purpose of each exercise and practice it correctly.
I believe every student has different needs. My responsibility as a tutor is to understand those needs and provide suitable support. I encourage students to communicate openly, ask questions, and tell me when they find something difficult. This allows us to work together and create a comfortable learning experience.
One of my proudest achievements has been watching students prepare for school and college performances and become more confident on stage. Seeing their dedication turn into a successful performance is a powerful reminder of why I chose teaching.
I also believe that a student's progress should not be measured only by technical ability. Confidence, discipline, creativity, and the willingness to keep learning are equally important. I encourage students to recognize their improvements and take pride in their effort.
Singing provides a wonderful opportunity for students to develop these qualities. It requires regular practice and concentration while also allowing learners to express their emotions and creativity.
I never want students to feel that mistakes are failures. I teach them to treat mistakes as useful feedback and opportunities to improve. With patience and consistent practice, challenges can become important steps toward success.
My 12+ years of experience have given me many opportunities to learn from my students as well. Their questions, progress, and achievements continue to inspire me as an educator.
My goal is to make every Singing lesson positive and meaningful. I want School and College students to leave each lesson with better skills, greater confidence, and a stronger desire to continue learning and enjoying music.

My teaching style for Singing is supportive, practical, and focused on steady improvement. I use Motivation, Communication, Creativity, and Time Management to help students develop both musical skills and confidence. I believe students learn best when they feel encouraged and when lessons connect with their interests.
I use Motivation to help students remain enthusiastic about learning. I encourage them to set clear goals and celebrate progress. I give positive feedback while also explaining areas that need more work. This helps students understand their abilities and stay confident when learning new techniques.
Communication is central to my teaching. I encourage students to express their questions, concerns, and musical preferences. I explain vocal warm-ups, breathing, pitch, rhythm, tone, pronunciation, articulation, dynamics, and expression in a clear and simple way. I also use demonstrations and practical examples to make lessons easier to understand.
Creativity helps students become more expressive singers. I use different songs, vocal exercises, improvisation, listening tasks, rhythm activities, and performance practice. Students are encouraged to explore their own sound and understand how emotion can be communicated through singing. Along with Singing, I can also teach music theory, ear training, rhythm, basic musicianship, and performance skills.
Time Management helps students create a regular practice habit. I guide students in organizing their practice and deciding which skills need the most attention. We can divide practice into warm-ups, technique, songs, and revision. By following realistic goals and reviewing progress, students can build discipline and become more independent in their learning.
