I utilize an I do, we do, you do method of teaching. I do a sample problem, we do a problem together, and you do a problem by yourself. It usually works with my clients. I also like to utilize a break system. I periodically let you take breaks to physically move your body. Hydration and nutrition is key. I strongly encourage water and snacks.
