I hold a Master of Information Technology (Business Analytics) from the University of Newcastle, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and hands-on software engineering experience. I'm passionate about making technology approachable, whether you're just starting out with the basics: email, word processing, using a laptop or smartphone confidently, or looking to build more advanced skills like coding, spreadsheets, or data analysis. My Teaching Approach
I take a hands-on, practical approach: you'll be doing tasks yourself from the very first lesson, not just watching me demo things. I start by understanding what you already know and what you want to achieve, then build lessons around real examples: sending emails, using Word and Excel, browsing safely, or writing your first lines of code.
Lesson structure:

My background:
