About Jeffery

Do you want to BEGIN your musical journey? Are you stuck in a rut and need some direction? Do you want to learn how to apply music theory to your playing? As a music educator, I approach each student individually. I am a musician with real-world performance experience as a gigging keyboard, bass, and guitar player. I am currently a musician on a church worship team and currently the bass/keys player for a local cover band called At the Well, playing covers from the Beatles to Weezer. I am a passionate music teacher with over 25 years teaching in public schools. I want to know what you want to accomplish in your music quest and I will work WITH you to make that happen.

About the lesson

Teaching approaches vary greatly with each student individually. Needs are assessed and a comprehensive plan is created. As a music educator in public school and private lessons, I have worked with students from ALL age levels from kindergarteners to senior citizens.

Racheal is a great student!! She is receptive to new ideas and approaches. I can tell that she really enjoys learning the bass and learning some of the theory that is tied into our lessons.
