My typical lesson plans well focus on what you were doing that week.
I will break down each concept, beginning with a review of the last concept you understoodcompletely, and then covering the next -- one very basic step at a time. I add all the tricks (rhymes, songs, jokes, etc.) that I have picked up in almost 40 years of teaching… and it sticks!
II teach (and have taught) literally every age of student from preschool to older college students, and really love quirky junior highers! I even wrote a book on how to teach a baby from birth.
