Well , the schooconcentrates on completing the syllabus but there willbe less or no focus if the student actually understood the concept. If my student struggles on anything , first I ask question so I can understand the root cause of the issue why student is not getting , then I go to that level and make sure the student understandsso she or he feels comfortable when working on problems. This is my style and I want the student etc to love the subject.
