About Macie
I’m dedicated to shaping the next generation of social workers by sharing practical knowledge gained from frontline experience. My background includes working within a busy local authority, where I managed complex cases and developed a deep understanding of safeguarding, family dynamics, and systemic challenges.
I believe learning should be dynamic and relevant, so my sessions focus on real-world scenarios, critical reflection, and evidence-based approaches. I integrate current practice developments, including restorative models and child-focused interventions, to ensure students are prepared for today’s evolving social work landscape.

My social work lessons are designed to prepare you for real-world practice.
