About Lindsay
Hi there! My name is Lindsay, and I am currently a student at the University of Toronto working towards my Masters of Child Study and Education. I recently received my Bachelor of Music with Honours Music Education from Western University, where I studied as a voice student. Though music was my primary undergraduate focus, I took math courses throughout all four years, and I now qualify to have math as a second teachable. I also have plenty of experience working in a teaching role, from several years of gymnastics coaching, to teaching private voice lessons, to working as an early childhood assistant at a daycare.

When it comes to teaching, I believe every single lesson should start with the student. I prioritize my students' wants and needs, and dedicate myself to catering to each student's individual style of learning. I am very flexible in my teaching methods, and enjoy incorporating various teaching techniques into my lessons, including visual aids, verbal explanations, and real-world connections. I am prepared and willing to tutor students is math from grades 1 through to grade 10!
