About Saelina
I have worked with wide range of students tutoring math for many years and I believe that the consistency and effort undoubtedly improve math grades in most students. Some have gotten accepted to the specialized high schools and private schools and some have been placed in honors classes.

My teaching methods vary depending on the student. If a student needs help with reviewing for tests, I mainly work with review sheets or materials from school which the student has. If a student needs to work on foundations of missed math concepts, I provide my own customized lesson plans. I like to use socratic method of asking questions to figure out how much student knows the concept and lead him/her think about the problem and find ways to solve for the solution.
