About Tamara
Fluency in arithmetic builds the foundation for all technical thinking. Do you find yourself struggling to visualise coordinate geometry in three dimensions? I use my architectural degree and background in CS to simplify abstract concepts through logic. We focus heavily on exam preparation and homework help to reduce daily stress.
I provide a free trial class to identify weak areas. We just go through the problems until they make sense.

Teaching maths is an honest confession of my own love for the patterns found in nature. I spent 10 years in the London computational design scene, which made me realise that arithmetic and coordinate geometry are the secret languages of everything around us.
My journey includes earning a Master of Architecture and a BSc in CS, which taught me the utility of mensuration and mental maths. I regularly work with kids and adults, adjusting my pace to ensure they grasp concepts rather than just memorising formulas. Sometimes I incorporate Vedic maths techniques to simplify complex problems. It is truly enjoyable to see a student move from confusion to absolute clarity during our time together.
