About Eric
Competing in math contests in high school and in college has taught me how to be a quick, accurate, and efficient problem solver. Previously, I have tutored Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Discrete Math, and Differential Equations as a freelance tutor. I enjoy working with all types of students and helping them succeed.

Previous tutoring experience has taught me that every student learns differently, and what works for one student may not work for another. This is especially true in math, where there are often multiple correct ways of solving the same problem. For this reason, I try my best to adapt my teaching style to fit the particular needs of the student. For example, if a problem can be solved in more than one way, I always encourage the student to try each method at least once and use the one he/she feels most comfortable with.
